He specializes in fitting keratoconus-specific, post-corneal transplant, post-trauma and pediatric contact lenses, as well as orthokeratology.

Dr. Timothy G. Albert is a clinical optometrist with over 35 years of family practice optometry experience, and also specializes in advanced contact lenses for irregular corneas and anterior segment disorders.

He graduated with honors in clinical optometry from the University of California, Berkeley, and later taught at multiple schools of Optometry in Italy while serving as a research fellow at the University of Pisa, where he was a visiting fellow. He is also completing a PhD in Optometry and Vision Sciences at the University of Minho, Portugal.

A retired U.S. Navy Reserve Captain with numerous military awards, Dr. Albert has combined academic, clinical, and military service throughout his career. He is an internationally recognized lecturer, the author of numerous scientific publications, co-author of two books, a member of the Armed Forces Optometric Society and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
                                                                          
Specialty contact lens services achieve the correction of optical defects through the use of contact lenses, particularly in keratoconus-irregular cornea, post-trauma, post-surgery eye, high astigmatism, and dry eyes.
Dr.  Albert also provides contact lenses for myopia control.
